Returns
Home of 12 volt Northern does not offer refunds for 'simple change of mind'.
Returns must be made within 7-14 days of purchase when looking for a refund. Any returns after this point will not be accepted.
Returns for refund: items must be unused, and in a brand-new condition and in original packaging where possible.
Home of 12 Volt Northern reserve the right to determine if a product has been misused or neglected and therefore refuse a refund under these terms. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has been installed or used by the customer, then returned after.
Home of 12 volt Northern is not responsible for any shipping cost or damages that may be incurred with relation to return items.
Home of 12 Volt Northern has the right to first repair or replace the item (if faulty) and the item will be returned to you as the customer at the expense of Home of 12 Volt Northern if indeed found faulty. (Return postage for original assessment to Home of 12 Volt Northern is accepted by the customer).
If refunds are approved, they will be processed via the same method as the original payment (and processed via the website portal).

Damaged In Transit
All items that leave either our warehouse, or our suppliers / manufacturers premises are adequately packed and sent in good working condition. Upon receiving your order, you must inspect it to ensure all items are included.
If there is any damage, please contact us via email or during business hours on (08) 8262 6890 within 48 hours of receipt of the item. If notice is not received within 48 hours customer is liable for return freight expenses on replacement items.
Keep all original packing materials and documentation including the delivery consignment note. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please have the driver make a note on the shipper's consignment note and also take of photo of the damaged item/s.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Mobile Installations
Home of 12 Volt Northern requires a 50% deposit on Custom Install Packages no later than 7 days prior to the installation date. Any changes to your Custom Install Plan must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to install.
Please note: Custom Install Plan changes require re-quoting. Resubmissions must be 14 days prior to install may require new install booking date.

Mobile installations have a 12-month warranty from the completion of the work date.
